Works of art belonging to the Diocese of Funchal were presented that illustrated the various thematic areas. Christ Yesterday, with works related to the Old Testament. Christ Today, with pieces on the themes of the incarnation, birth, public life, passion, death and resurrection of Jesus and the coming of the Holy Spirit. In the third section, the theme Christ Always, dedicated to popular and protective Saints.
A research catalogue was published in an edition of the Museum with the support of the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs.
